Shipping & Delivery
MAXvolador offers free shipping on orders over $39.99, and a $5 shipping fee will be charged for orders under $39.99.
We use UPS, USPS, or Amazon Logistics.
Once we ship your order out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive it in your inbox, check your spam folder. Open the email and click the tracking number. You will be able to see your shipping information.
The items will usually be shipped out the next business day after we received payment. Delivery will typically take 1 to 7 business days, depending on your destination. Payment & Orders
We accept payment by Paypal and credit card. You can use a credit card or debit card through Paypal or pay with a credit card directly. The credit cards that can be used to make the payment directly include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, and American Express.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. The order may be canceled immediately only if it is not shipped out or it hasn't reached a certain level in the fulfillment process that is too late to cancel.

Return & Refund
